During Saturday’s NFL preseason game between the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins, the NFL Network’s Adam Rank commented on the rumors that CM Punk will be returning to the pro wrestling world on next Friday night’s episode of AEW Rampage. Rank compared rookie QB Justin Fields’ NFL debut to the (rumored) debut of CM Punk in AEW. He said,
“I think that was the most anticipated debut in Chicago until Friday when, presumably, CM Punk shows up on AEW”
As many of you know, next Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage will be taking place at the United Center in Chicago, IL and it’s rumored that CM Punk will be making his AEW debut on the show.
