On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live, Corey Graves made a reference to Chris Jericho’s AEW World Championship being stolen. After Drake Maverick won the 24/7 Title, Graves said, “I’m sure he’ll celebrate and take a limousine to a chain restaurant.”

Graves later clarified that he wasn’t taking a “shot” at Jericho, but was instead making a joke about a friend:
Dear Internet,
You’ll KNOW when I take a “shot.” I hate to burst your bubble, but sometimes a friend can make a joke about a friend.
