— Mick Foley is featuring a new blog discussing his new book “A Most Mizerable Christmas.” “I guess by now you know that I won’t be shy about getting the word out. I love this book. I’m really happy with the rhymes and the feel of the story, and the little lesson learned by The Miz. I love the fact that my son Mickey inspired it when he was just 3 years old – when he told me to tell Santa that he didn’t need any more toys. St Nick could simply give more toys to the kids who really needed them. I love the idea of being a children’s book author for the first time in 8 years. I know parents are going to love reading it to their children, as much as children love having it read to them. Despite the fact that I kind of liked being that rebel with the book that had been banned, I love the fact that this book is not going to offend anyone. Sure, there is one lone reference to pee-pee, but at worst, it’s a single PG line in an otherwise very G-rated book. Try it – you’ll more than like it. You WILL love this book!”

— WWE.com is featuring an article by Zach Linder, Andy Green and Brian Pellegatto looking at the trainers for Tyson Kidd, Natalya, Zack Ryder, Daniel Bryan, Sheamus, Damien Sandow and more. The article features a quote from Daniel Bryan saying he almost killed Shawn Michaels (his trainer). “One night I nearly killed Shawn Michaels. This was before his return from his back injury. I was trying to do a thing where I’d spring off the second rope onto the top rope, spin and do a hurricanrana. Keep in mind, at the time I was 175 pounds, and that’s a lot of weight to land on somebody’s shoulders. I was trying to do it on Brian Kendrick, and it wasn’t working. We thought Brian was too small. He was probably 150 pounds at the time. Shawn watched us do it a couple of times, and he got in the ring and wanted to do it with me. I go to do the hurricanrana, land on him and he ends up landing right on his head and rolls right out of the ring. We all freaked out. That was the night I nearly killed Shawn Michaels.”

— WWE.com is featuring video with John Cena following his surgery where he promises to be at RAW tomorrow night in Albany, NY. As noted, Cena made an appearance at the NXT tapings on Thursday night and promised he would return when he could. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus was brought in to make up for Cena not being able to wrestle.
