Edge worked the last match on his current WWE contract on a recent episode of SmackDown with a win over Sheamus. There has been speculation about what the WWE Hall of Famer will do now, including potentially going to AEW.
Edge previously announced in a video on Twitter that he has a contract extension offer from WWE in his inbox. When WWE reportedly declined a contract request that Edge denied in that video, it added fuel to the fire that he is probably headed to AEW.
Pwinsider is reporting that Edge is no longer listed on WWE’s internal talent roster. With that being said, WWE.com still lists him as an active performer.
