Edge is coming to get his revenge on Seth Rollins.
During Friday night’s episode of SmackDown, the WWE Hall of Famer came out and challenged Rollins to face him in a Hell in a Cell match.
In the main event segment, Seth Rollins came out to the ring and talked about breaking into Edge’s home last week. Rollins ranted about Edge still not admitting that he wasn’t “Edge-lite”. He also bragged about the fact that he broke into another man’s home last week and said he’d be willing to have a match with Edge whenever and wherever he wanted and would even allow him to pick the stipulations.
That’s when the cameras panned backstage and Edge was seen driving into the arena. He came out to the ring and immediately attacked Rollins, hitting him with a crossbar from a steel chair. After Rollins escaped, Edge challenged him to a Hell in a Cell match.
As of this writing, there is no word on when the match will be taking place but it’s likely to go down at the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel event.
