As we reported on Sunday night here on eWn, Finn Balor was legitimately busted open during his Hell in a Cell match with Edge at WrestleMania 39 (Night Two). The injury occurred during a spot where Edge tossed a ladder and it hit Balor directly in the head. While Triple H noted during the post-show media scrum that Balor was “fine,” he did receive some stitches during and after the match.
Balor took to Twitter following the show to post a graphic photo of his wound, which you can see below:
