The Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) made their TNA Wrestling debut at Saturday’s Hard To Kill 2024 pay-per-view event, where they worked a four-way match for the TNA World Tag Team Championships currently held by ABC (Ace Austin and Chris Bey).
Drake took to Twitter to comment on the debut of the tag team. He wrote,
“You only live once. I can’t put into words how much this meant to me. Life is good. Life will continue to be good. If you’ve got dreams, chase them. You owe it to yourself. @IMPACTWRESTLING roster… Grit. Your. Teeth.”

During a recent “Highspots Virtual Signing,” former WWE Superstar Elijah (Elias) named the members of his dream super band.
It appears that Elijah’s dream band comprises past and current WWE talents. He said,
“Lead guitarist: “Rick Boogs”
Rhythm guitar: “I’m trying to keep it in wrestling. Drew Gulak”
Bass: “Xavier Woods”
Lead vocals: “My all-time favorite vocalist is Steven Tyler, for sure. But if we’re sticking with wrestling, who has just got a great voice? No one’s coming to mind…Braun Strowman is a surprisingly great singer. You could probably look up his karaoke or something, he’s great. We used to hang out backstage and sing songs and stuff. It was a good time.”
