KENTA has responded to the use of the GTS on this week’s episode of RAW, a move he pioneered, and has often taken shots at CM Punk for stealing.
On this week’s RAW, Shinsuke Nakamura used a GTS during an attack on Ricochet, which some have taken as a hint at CM Punk’s rumored return to WWE.
Taking to Twitter, KENTA reacted to the use of the move:
Some fans believe that WWE has been dropping hints at Punk returning to WWE at Survivor Series 2023, which will take place in Punk’s native Chicago, IL.
Examples fans have pointed to include Seth Rollins calling himself the ‘Best in the World’ and a comment by Corey Graves when promoting Fastlane 2023 that he has since explained
