According to a report from Luchablog, the Lucha Bros and Andrade El Idolo will not be appearing at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. The report suggests Andrade was originally booked for the show but will no longer be at the event.
Penta Oscuro and Rey Fenix won’t be appearing at the event either.
On Sunday, Andrade took to Twitter to comment on not being able to compete at Forbidden Door due to “CMLL and AAA,” which Luchablog says “should be taken at face value.”
CMLL and NJPW have a working relationship with one another, which has caused AAA stars to miss out on working with NJPW as a result.
