According to sources, there is concern among some of the talent within iMPACT! Wrestling that over the next week, the company may ask them to renegotiate their deals where they’ll be forced into taking a pay cut. As reported, the company has been cost-cutting heavily as of late. Part of those cost-cutting measures are that the company is not bringing in talents until whichever TV taping dates they are needed for. When they are not needed anymore, they are immediately sent home.
Also, a lot of the normal crew that are usually present for the pay-per-views and TV tapings will not be there this coming week in Ottawa. Bob Ryder will be doing all of his work from Nashville, TN, while company seamstress Jolene George was cancelled at the very last minute.
There are still some “standing room only” tickets available at the box office for tonight’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view. There are also still tickets available for this week’s iMPACT! Wrestling TV tapings.
