WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose is hopeful that the promotion could one day rehire her fiancé Tino Sabbatelli.
Sabbatelli signed with WWE in 2014, but was released from the promotion in April 2020 due to ‘budget cuts.’
Speaking to Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Rose spoke about what it’d mean for Tino to be rehired.
“I would love that. I think there is so much, obviously, we know, there is so much missed opportunity and so much potential that we could see. Tino looks like a million bucks!
“I don’t get it either, and not a lot of people get it, but you know how it is in this business, it’s hard to get, but I mean, I think it would be awesome. I would love it. You never know, right?”
After appearing for AEW in July 2020, Sabbatelli was rehired by WWE in October 2021 but was released again in June 2022.
Rose and Sabbatelli got engaged in September of this year.
