Marc Quen could have died a happy man after Private Party got a surprising win over The Young Bucks on a 2019 edition of AEW Dynamite.
In the tournament to crown the first-ever AEW World Tag Team Champions, Private Party got an upset win over the Bucks on the second-ever episode of Dynamite.
In a recent video from Isiah Kassidy’s YouTube channel, Quen recalled the win and how much it meant to him after the match. He said,
“I don’t know if you remember but I had texted our group chat that we had with The Young Bucks. I told them, ‘If I was to die today, just know I’m happy.”
Private Party would lose to the Lucha Brothers in the next round. The Bucks would get their revenge on Private Party by beating Quen and Kassidy during a November 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite.
