On Sunday morning, Matt Cardona entered DDT’s ‘Wrestle Peter Pan’ event with one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships and left with the DDT Pro Universal Championship. The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships are held by Sonya Deville and his wife, Chelsea Green.
Cardona had the title belt because he’s been calling himself one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions due to his marriage with Green.
Cardona won the DDT Pro Universal Title with help from Steph De Lander by defeating Tetsuya Endo.
