At yesterday’s (Sun. January 20, 2019) WWE live event in Omaha, Nebraska, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan faced off against AJ Styles. During their match, the middle rope of the ring broke. Styles then got on the microphone and took a shot at Bryan for not eating meat. Here’s what Styles had to say:
“Hold on now, it looks like I’ve had too many delicious Omaha steaks!” Styles said. “But Daniel, you wouldn’t know anything about that, would ya? That’s alright, I don’t need this middle rope to kick your ass.”

Bryan is currently slated to defend his WWE Title against Styles at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV). The show goes down from the Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona this weekend (Sun. January 27, 2019).
