A CMLL Lucha Libre Showcase Espectacular comes to MLW!
In a clash that promises to shake the very foundation of MLW, two of lucha libre’s best, Místico and Averno, are set to reignite their storied rivalry in a high-stakes battle at SuperFight.
Salina de la Renta is fixated on the mysterious force behind Místico’s arrival in MLW. So much so she pulled out all the stops and secured the right to manage and promote his greatest rival: Averno.
A super rivalry that has seen Místico and Averno battle all over Mexico before sold-out crowds in CMLL now reach a new stage as they compete under the banner of MLW at the world famous 2300 Arena.
Místico, often hailed as the “Prince of Lucha Libre,” is renowned for his lightning-fast strikes and legendary La Mistica finishing move. An iconic generational luchador, Místico is this century’s greatest box office blockbuster star of Mexico.
On the opposite side of the ring stands Averno. A cunning and ruthless rudo known for his schemes, rulebreaking and ferocious aggression. Averno’s reputation makes him a fitting member of Promociones Dorado’s roster of luchadores.
