As many of you know by now, AEW Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker is currently dealing with a wrist injury after she broke it during her match with Nyla Rose at AEW Fyter Fest (Night Two).
According to a report from Fightful, the injury occurred during the Death Valley Driver spot. Despite knowing her wrist was broken, Baker didn’t cut the match short or improvise. The match reportedly went on for another four minutes and the finish went as planned.
