— As noted yesterday here on the website, “Cowboy” James Storm and Jeff Hardy will be participating in various events in Las Vegas this weekend as part of the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards and The ACM Experience. Storm and Hardy will join Blake Shelton and others at a NRA Country / ACM Celebrity Shoot competition, they will celebrity judge the Sin City BBQ contest and they will introduce performers to the ACM Experience stage. They will also be a part of the ACM Awards red carpet on Sunday, April 1. The show airs live on CBS at 8pm EST. “We are really excited to be a part of ACM’s activities and attending the awards show on Sunday,” says Storm. “I personally cannot wait to show Blake Shelton and Hardy how it’s done in the NRA Country shoot too.” Hardy says, “I am really looking forward to being in Vegas to meet new fans and to hang with some of my friends I haven’t seen in a while. The performances on Sunday night should be great.”
— Longtime indy wrestler Marty “Cham Pain” Garner has launched his own MMA clothing line. Going by the name “Brain-Shaker,” the line features men’s and women’s MMA shirts and hats. The clothing line can be seen at http://brain-shaker.com/default.asp Garner is a close friend of the Hardy’s, Shane Helms and Shannon Moore. He also worked as a personal assistant for The Rock.
— A free Live Legends Wrestling show will be at the Miami Beach Deauville Resort this afternoon at 1:30pm EST. The event is free with admission to today’s WrestleReunion convention. The card on the event will feature the following:
