Fightful has some notes on the recent women’s battle royal that aired on this week’s episode of WWE NXT in Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University on the USA Network.
Deonna Purrazzo was reportedly close to being left out of the battle royal due to her status with NXT being unknown at this time. This comes after her Raw debut last month. She was added very late in the planning.
Jessamyn Duke was not included because she recently had elbow surgery. It’s unknown why Marina Shafir was absent.
