David Finlay, the current leader of the Bullet Club, has claimed that the faction has surpassed the nWo, at least in terms of size.
On a recent edition of the “Hitting The Turnbuckle” podcast, Finlay, the current leader of the group, compared the faction to the WCW staple group. He said,
“I think it’s eclipsed the nWo in terms of that, in terms of being the biggest faction of all time. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, I wouldn’t necessarily say.
“Everyone knows the nWo was the best when it was a clusterf**k [laughs]. No, I think in terms of Bullet Club, it’s a cool idea that spans through all the major promotions in wrestling, which I find so unique. It’s never really been done before.”
Finlay replaced Jay White as the group’s leader in 2023, ten years after the group was first formed by Prince Devitt (today known as Finn Balor.)
Other leaders of the faction include Evil, White, AJ Styles, and Kenny Omega.
