After successfully defending the IWGP World Heavyweight Title against Yota Tsuji at NJPW Sakura Genesis, Tetsuya Naito challenged Jon Moxley, who appeared and accepted.
Moxley vowed to become the new IWGP World Heavyweight Champion at NJPW Windy City Riot.
