The Crockett Cup is set for March 19th and 20th in Nashville, Tennessee and a new match for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship has been announced.
Following Matt Cardona’s title win, Nick Aldis demanded a rematch since he never received one after losing the belt to Trevor Murdoch on August 21st. You can see the video at this link, and the match is now official.
It will be Matt Cardona’s first defense of the belt that Aldis will try to win for the third time. Aldis’ second reign as champion ended at the hands of Murdoch and lasted 1043 days.
