Pat McAfee has assured fans that his career in the wrestling business isn’t over after speculation about his future.
In October, McAfee stepped away from the SmackDown commentary table to work on ESPN’s College Gameday and has been replaced by Wade Barrett.
The former WWE King of the Ring told the Daily Star this week that he will be staying on the blue brand for the foreseeable future.
On Twitter, McAfee gave an update on his future and said that “the dream isn’t done.”
A lot of wrestling chatter about me right now..
I think about wrestling everyday..that dream isn’t done.
My business is currently rather active and exigent…+ baby on the way…timing is everything
I still have MASSIVE plans for my journey to the WWE HOF someday.
