RAW Ratings Are In – How Did The Show Hold Up Against The College National Championship Game?

With the NCAA College Football National Championship game going head-to-head with Monday night’s WWE RAW broadcast, the ratings for RAW took a hit this week. WWE RAW drew 3.323 million viewers and a 1.18 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are down 7% and 3% from last week’s 3.575 million and 1.22 demo rating. Viewership for the show was the lowest since the December 7th episode which drew 3.054 million viewers.

The college football game pulled a ridiculous 25.667 million viewers and a 8.26 demographic rating to dominate the night and the top five cable originals were ESPN shows based around the game. RAW finished at #7 for the night. Here are the hourly numbers for RAW:

8 PM: 1.22 demo rating (3.536 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.15 demo rating (3.206 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.17 demo rating (3.228 million viewers)
