As noted, James Ellsworth was backstage at this week’s episode of SmackDown Live in Detroit, MI at the Little Caesars Arena. He did not appear on the show.
In an update, Pwinsider.com reports that the reason he was there was due to WWE needing him to film something related to the female Superstars of the company. It was not mentioned whether it was something related to WWE Evolution, a WWE Network special or a future DVD release.
