During last night’s Impact Wrestling Slammiversary pay-per-view event, the company announced that Bound for Glory 2022 would be taking place on October 8, which is the same day as WWE Extreme Rules.
According to sources, the date was a mistake and will be changed. The company has no plans on going head-to-head with WWE.
Additionally, the talk backstage at Slammiversary was that the 2022 Bound for Glory pay-per-view event will be taking place in the Northeast. With that being said, it will not be held in Philadelphia, PA.
