According to a report from Fightful, WWE is interested in signing Bellator MMA star Valerie Loureda.
Loureda currently boasts a 3 – 1 professional MMA record, and is expected to report to the WWE Performance Center by mid-July.
Loureda is considered to be a “slam dunk” and made a great impression with WWE officials. As far as Bellator is concerned, they wanted to keep her on their roster. Loureda’s current deal with Bellator would be on hold and resume if things with WWE don’t work out.
Loureda has been training with Gangrel, Neilo Costa and others since WrestleMania 38. She’s also been spotted at the WWE Performance Center at times, with once source saying she did “very well” there.
