According to reports, a fan (who wishes to remain anonymous) was ejected from the NXT TV tapings on Monday night for sharing live spoilers. According to this person, they had attended several NXT tapings over the past few years and were not given any warning before being ejected from the arena.

Cassidy Haynes from Bodyslam.net also noted that his colleague was removed from the tapings as well. A WWE producer reportedly saw him texting on camera after being watched for awhile. The producer showed a photo of him using his phone, which resulted in his immediate removal from the taping.

Back in July, longtime NXT contributor JJ Williams was also banned from the building for the same reasons. The removals did not prevent spoilers from getting out from last night’s tapings, which covered this week’s NXT and the next two weeks of 205 Live.

It appears that WWE has a camera set up that directly looks for and zooms in on fans who appear to be on their phones during the TV tapings. Once the company captures screenshots, the fans are approached with the proof and are escorted out of the building and banned from coming back. Many of them are also asked for their IDs. Seriously. With only 100 or so fans in the building, it’s not all that hard to find anyone who is on their phone or texting during the show.
