Rhaka Khan’s lawsuit claiming that a mass conspiracy intended to kidnap her has been dismissed by a U.S. District Court Judge.
Khan’s second lawsuit alleged that a “conspiracy to kidnap” herself and her children had been created by co-defendants, including The Rock, Nikki Garcia, and Mick Foley.
Other names allegedly part of the conspiracy include Maryse, The Miz, Jim Cornette, Billy Corgan, Chris Benoit, and basketball legend Michael Jordan.
Pwinsider reports that on October 10, United States District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain dismissed the lawsuit.
It was further added that there had been no movement on the case for months before the original dismissal back in June of this year.
