WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is dealing with a foot injury ahead of his ‘last match.’
Dave Meltzer reported on Monday’s Wrestling Observer Radio that Flair was “hurt.” The injury isn’t expected to derail the proceedings for the event on Sunday, July 31st in Nashville, Tennessee.
Tonight at 6:05 PM Eastern, Flair will announce his opponent at the event. On Twitter, Flair indicated that it was someone from the WWE RAW roster. It’s believed to be a tag team match.
Flair’s trademark “Whoo!” recently returned to WWE’s TV signature open and he will have a new documentary released on Peacock.
