During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ricky Starks gained popularity in the NWA and later joined AEW.
Starks trademarked his ring name for use in action figures through his company, Dream Palace.
On October 16, the AEW wrestler hired attorney Michael Dockins to file the trademark with the USPTO specifically for action figure toys. The description for the trademark is as follows:
“Action figure toys; action figures; action figures and accessories therefor; toy action figures; toy action figures and accessories therefor.”
