While some of her actions out of the ring may have riled up fans, Lacey Evans does not have heat backstage in WWE.
Evans made her latest return from hiatus on the January 27, 2023 edition of WWE SmackDown with a new character more focused on her military past.
The former U.S. Marine has been used sporadically as of late, leading some to report that she had backstage heat, though this has been refuted by Fightful Select. They wrote,
“There is nothing to odd online speculation from non-credible Twitter accounts saying WWE isn’t happy with Lacey Evans’ performance.”
Evans’ name trended last month after sharing a conspiracy theory post
claiming that autism and attention deficit disorder were modern-day ideas and didn’t exist in the past.
