WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman took to Twitter to praise newly signed AEW star Keith Lee on his impactful debut on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite. For those who didn’t see it, Keith Lee defeated Isiah Kennedy to move on to the “Face of the Revolution” Ladder match that will take place at AEW Revolution on March 6th.
Waltman wrote: “Believe it or not, Ahmed Johnson actually threw me even farther than this at an MSG house show. The ring is 2 feet longer & my ass still landed on the top turnbuckle.”
Waltman later added: “It wasn’t the top turnbuckle after all. And it wasn’t nearly as impressive as Keith’s after watching them both.”

He was fine to work with, but I definitely had to fly around that stiff ass ring for him & figure out creative ways for him to stop himself to make it work. https://t.co/gyWvfybq9I

It looks better on TV was one reason. I personally like the 18 footers because it tightens up the action. https://t.co/1ace5NPQ9F

They were great. Much easier on the body & the ropes were easier to do stuff on, because they were cable & much sturdier. https://t.co/fqCqig6xJ3

Ahmed Johnson was a lot of things. Lazy not being one of them. https://t.co/yQnCyTSUhm

It wasn't the top turnbuckle after all. And it wasn't nearly as impressive as Keith's after watching them both. https://t.co/rsEI7ilIlQ
