The thumbnail picture of this article is a young Shawn Michaels giving Razor Ramon a frog splash from the top of a ladder at Wrestlemania X. 25 years later, HBK has another match on the table. This time, our sources have confirmed that HBK will be wrestling AJ Styles at Wrestlemania 35! This was one of Shawn’s rumored WM matches and hopefully Mr. Wrestlemania will have the opportunity to steal the show again.
There was an odd rumor that HBK would take on Styles at the 2017 Royal Rumble, but those plans clearly didn’t take any fruition. Many other dirt sheets are also reporting this match, so hopefully we can get a program started once DX and the Brothers of Destruction finish their feud.
Not much else has been released on the subject except preliminary reports, so we will keep you posted.
