WWE Superstar Lacey Evans announced to the WWE Universe Monday night on RAW that she is pregnant. Evans teamed with Peyton Royce in a tag-team match against Asuka and Charlotte Flair. Evans refused to enter the match and simply walked away from the ring to the stage area. She would then grab a microphone and announce that she was pregnant. Ric Flair celebrated, alluding to the fact that he is the father of Lacey’s baby.
While this makes for a rather interesting storyline piece, the announcement by Lacey Evans was indeed legitimate. WWE found out the news earlier today and chose to work the pregnancy angle into the storyline. Evans is now out of the RAW Women’s Championship match with Asuka at Elimination Chamber and new opponent for Asuka is expected to be announced soon.
On behalf of everyone here at eWrestlingNews.com, we would like to congratulate Lacey Evans and her family.
