Pwinsider is reporting that Big E was spotted arriving at the WWE SmackDown TV tapings in Orlando, FL earlier today. The New Day member has been out of action for over a year due to a broken neck. There is no word on if he’ll be used on the show or is just visiting.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE officials are very happy with the numbers for Tuesday night’s episode of NXT, particularly the quarter for Wes Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio including the 72.2% increase in the key 18-49 demo from last year.
The final quarter of WWE NXT had a similar amount of viewers to AEW Dynamite and actually beat the June 15th edition of AEW Collision.
Adding main roster talent to the show has proved to be a successful strategy for WWE, and now that Mysterio has won the North American Title, The Judgment Day will likely appear more frequently.
While outside the TD Garden Arena for AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday, a chant broke out for LA Knight. Knight later shared the video on his Instagram Story.
