WWE is quickly approaching the Survivor Series pay-per-view event, but they have yet to announce the men’s WarGames match.
Pwinsider is reporting that the plan for the show is Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Sami Zayn to take on Drew McIntyre, The Brawling Brutes, and Kevin Owens in the match, which would likely be the main event of the show.
WWE will likely need to make a change to the match as Owens has an MCL sprain that he suffered this past Sunday at a live event when wrestling Austin Theory. WWE had plans for Owens to make a surprise return.
The severity of the injury is unknown, and nothing has been said about time off for Owens, but it looks like he might miss the pay-per-view. In that case, they would need a replacement.
Bianca Belair, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim & an unknown partner vs. Bayley, IYO SKY, Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross & Rhea Ripley will be in the Women’s WarGames match. Also confirmed for the show is WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Shotzi and AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor.
