A hearing scheduled for October 26th in MLW’s lawsuit against WWE has been canceled, Pwinsider reports.
The hearing was supposed to be about whether WWE’s potential defenses against MLW’s lawsuit would be allowed.
MLW has alleged in its lawsuit that WWE violated the Sherman Act regarding anti-trust practices and more.
WWE has filed 14 potential defenses that it may utilize against the lawsuit, which MLW tried to nullify.
WWE and MLW have been going back and forth for months now, and a ruling on October 17th declared that the Honorable Judge will instead issue his judgment based on previous motions and arguments.
