As you all know by now, WWE Hall of Famer and AEW commentator Jim Ross has been undergoing radiation treatment for skin cancer. The hope was that he’d be back for the December 29th episode of AEW Dynamite.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, Ross is about halfway done with his treatments but some of them may be rescheduled. Ross’ treatment was originally set to last until December 22nd but it will now be going through December 29th.
According to Ross, his energy level is up but the radiation ‘burns really bad.’ The treatment process has been ‘challenging’ for him and there is no word on if he’ll be able to return on that week’s episode of AEW Dynamite on the 29th, which is in Ross’ hometown of Jacksonville.
