WWE United States Champion Logan Paul expects he’ll be appearing much more now that he holds the star-spangled title.
At WWE Crown Jewel 2023, Paul captured the title from Rey Mysterio after using the brass knuckles that Santos Escobar ‘accidentally’ left on the ring apron.
Speaking with ESPN following the show, Paul spoke about his next steps now and was asked if he’ll be appearing more given the title change. He said,
“I think I have to. I think I have to [show up more]. You’re going to have to watch Raw, you’re going to have to watch SmackDown. I’m going to make some surprise appearances and show these wrestlers who is the real king.”
Paul’s win marks the first time a U.S. title reign has begun and ended outside of the United States. Mysterio won the title in August of this year in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
