As we reported earlier today here on eWn, Drew McIntyre’s special entrance was cut from WrestleMania 38 (Night One). While the event did have some timing issues, McIntyre’s entrance was not cut due to time.
According to a report from Fightful, it was Drew McIntyre himself that went to WWE officials and said that he did not feel the additions enhanced his entrance. Instead, he wanted to be able to have a more personal connection to the crowd.
With that being said, everyone who was set to appear during the entrance were still paid and received all access passes to the pay-per-view event.
