The Allentown Morning Call posted an article today noting that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be inducted into the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Hall of Fame. This is the first year of the Hall of Fame ceremony and featured 27 other people.
The article notes that The Rock lived in the city back when he was a teenager and played football at Freedom High School. He was also on the track and field and wrestling teams.
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania recently celebrated its 275th birthday and the Hall of Fame is part of several events happening in the city. The official ceremony will take place in June and members of the public nominated the first class.
