Alex Hammerstone scored a victory in his first match as a TNA-contracted talent, defeating former TNA World Champion Josh Alexander at Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2024 pay-per-view event.

Hammerstone defeated Alexander after delivering a low blow while the referee was down.

Hammerstone evened the score against Alexander, who beat him in his TNA debut at Hard To Kill 2024.

Hammerstone was not under contract with TNA then and has since signed a deal with the Anthem-owned promotion.

You can check out some highlights from the match below:

TNA Wrestling had some streaming issues during Friday’s Sacrifice 2024 pay-per-view event, and the company issued an apology after the show. The company tweeted,

“We know how disappointing it is to miss critical action on tonight’s #Sacrifice event due to technical issues – we apologize for the issues and we’ll work to make the complete show available as soon as possible after the event.”

As we previously reported here on eWn, Lucha legend Damian 666 suffered a heart attack earlier this week.

‘My beloved father Leonardo “DAMIAN 666”, suffered a heart attack and an emergency angioplasty has been performed with long additional treatment to follow.
