During his appearance on Sunday Night’s Main Event, Dave Meltzer reported that Sasha Banks and Naomi reached an agreement with WWE over a week ago to return to the company.
This comes after an initial report from WrestlingNews.co that Banks and Naomi were returning to the company.
Meltzer noted that they have yet to sign the contract to return but were all on the same page, and an agreement in principle was reached.
WWE confirmed during last week’s SmackDown that a tournament to crown new Women’s Tag Team Champions would start on tonight’s RAW. It’s still unclear whether they will be in the tournament and when they will return to the company.
