NXT Champion Finn Balor cut a promo following his match with Sami Zayn in the first NXT live event in Chicago on Saturday to address the Bullet Club – WWE rumors.
The Bullet Club is a faction in NJPW, and some of the talents in the club (AJ Styles, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson) are reportedly scheduled to sign with WWE. Once the news broke of the potential WWE signees, there’s been a ton of speculation of Balor reuniting with the club in WWE as the “Balor Club”. WWE recently filed for that trademark.
Balor said that band of brothers in Japan created a little “club” four years ago in NJPW. He said that while it was a fun time in his life, he’s not about that anymore. Now, he wants to focus on what’s going on in NXT.
