All Elite Wrestling taped Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage: Grand Slam on Wednesday night from New York City at Arthur Ashe Stadium after Dynamite went off the air.
Wardlow teamed with Samoa Joe on the show to take on Tony Neese and Josh Woods in a tag team match.
While speaking on today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Wardlow was potentially injured during the match. It appeared to be a leg injury, although he did complete the match. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on the severity of the injury.
