Pwinsider has shared additional details on what went down at Tuesday’s all-employee meeting at the WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
Executive Chairman of TKO Vince McMahon was still recovering from his recent back surgery at the all-employee meeting.
The 78-year-old billionaire used a cane to walk as he made his way up the stairs to the stage and took the podium for the event.
McMahon played up his classic “I’m Vince McMahon, dammit!” persona to the employees in attendance.
When McMahon didn’t receive a round of applause, after he took to the podium, he told the attendees, “This is when you are supposed to clap.”
After motioning for a response, the employees began clapping and McMahon then joked, “You’re learning.”
The meeting was reportedly filmed with a full WWE camera crew.
Moreover, the executives made their entrance through an old Monday Night RAW set.
Besides McMahon, the meeting included Endeavor and TKO CEO Ari Emanuel and WWE President Nick Khan.
