The following dark matches took place prior to Wednesday night’s WWE NXT broadcast:
Kacy Catanzaro defeated Jessie Kamea. Malcolm Bivens came out before the match and called himself the Puff Daddy of NXT and the publicist to the stars. He announced that he will be debuting Bivens Enterprises “soon”.
Joaquin Wilde defeated Chase Parker.
