As many of you saw, this week’s WWE RAW broadcast opened with an “In Memoriam” graphic for Mary Katharine Stewart. For those wondering, Stewart was the daughter of one of WWE’s longtime cameramen. WWE announcer Mauro Ranallo sent out a tweet, which you can see below.
WLWT in Cincinnati is reporting that Stewart fell from a cliff at the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary in Lexington, Kentucky on Saturday. According to the site, firefighters attempted to reach her and after an hour or so they recovered her body. When they attempted to move her body using a boat on a nearby river, the boat capsized with the firefighters and Stewart on board. The firefighters swam to safety and then recovered her body around 5:30 PM later that day. She died of blunt force injuries.
