CJ Perry debuted for AEW at All Out 2023 this past Sunday, and Will Washington is excited to have her in the company.

Washington, who currently serves as AEW’s Wrestling Administration Coordinator, spoke on the “AEW Unrestricted” podcast about the former Lana’s arrival in Tony Khan’s promotion. He said,

“I had been talking to her the day before and — it’s not to say people would be ‘amazed’ — but she is so smart about pro wrestling. And I have to give her all the credit in the world. CJ Perry has such a mind for this stuff that I don’t think people would — just based on the character she plays on-screen — recognize how much thought there is put into what she does and what she’s done over the years. I’m excited to have her on board. I’m excited to have her in AEW. I think that’s a really cool thing.”

Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly have turned from rivals to partners in Impact Wrestling, and Slamovich is enjoying the current dynamic of MK Ultra.

Slamovich and Kelly are the reigning Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions, and Slamovich spoke about their partnership on a recent edition of the “Knockouts and 3 Counts” podcast.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On her tag team with Kelly: “I think we found some similar ground on the ‘killer’ bit. So I think we’re having a really good time. Me and Killer Kelly are enjoying working together, and I think we’re growing more and more as a tag team the more we work together. I think we only have good things lined up for ourselves in the future. Of course, we are both the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champions, and we’re gonna continue defending those belts.”

On their Dog Collar match: “It was really awesome. I think it was also the first time that we had done that in IMPACT, at least in the Knockouts Division. So it’s another history-making match, and it was very entertaining, very violent. The Dog Collar match is something that I had on my list of matches that I wanted to have, and I was very happy to have it with an opponent like Killer Kelly, and of course in a place like Impact Wrestling.”
