WWE will be holding a tryout from August 7-9th in Mississuaga, Ontario, Canada at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre. This is the same arena WWE NXT held an event at last year.
With that being said, there is talk of WWE setting up a NXT Canada brand. Santino Marella’s name has come up as being a part of it as a possible coach. While the tryouts will be happening in his home city, they will not be at his gym.
This would mark the first time WWE has held tryouts in Canada, as Canadian athletes are usually brought in to Orlando, FL instead.
